The speaker says that a poet could non help being happy in such a joyful caller of flowers. He also states that he stared and stared, but did not defecate what wealth the scene would bring him, meaning he didnt have a go at it how happy this memory would make him feel in the future, or appreciate just how stunning it really was at the quantify. For now, whenever he feels vacant or pensive, the memory flashes upon that inward eye / That is the satisfaction of solitude, and his heart fills with pleasure, and dances with the daffodils. This means that whenever he is down, or not judgment so happy, this memory flashes back to him, and he recalls that feeling of orotund out joy and serenity.
